PURPOSE & GOAL
This program is intended for those of you who want to work smarter with your communication- and planning tools. Take control of your e-mail and get better at planning and organizing tasks. Get more done, in the same time.
IMPLEMENTATION
For best effect of the program and to achieve a lasting change in behavior, the course is carried out according to the steps detailed below.
TIME REQUIREMENTS
2 days.
Step 1 - Behavior and Structure
Lecture, 2 hours per group. Also, the preparation and establishment of individual action plans, which serves as the basis for your own practical work throughout the whole program.

Step 2 - Planning
Begins with a mutual repetition session and lecture for 2 hours per group.
- A method for managing and eliminating time wasters.
- A priority model to get the right things done on time and to better reach set goals.
- Using the calendar as a real planning tool for realistic planning.
- Action plans for easier management of larger tasks. Follow-up on the individual PEP development plan.
